Wongse Dhamma provides inheritance law services in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our three principal services are:
- Family Inheritance Meeting — an initial confidential consultation with a written summary, at ฿2,490.
- Wills & Wishes Documentation — preparation of wills and related documents, at ฿5,400.
- Estate Resolution Support — ongoing legal support through estate administration, at ฿8,400 (scope agreed in advance).
Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline an engagement where a conflict of interest exists or where professional rules require us to do so.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Refrain from any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our website
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content without written permission

- The scope of each engagement will be set out in writing before work begins and agreed with you before we proceed.
- All information shared with us is held in confidence in accordance with professional rules governing legal practitioners in Thailand.
- Changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and fees; any adjustments will be discussed and agreed openly before they are made.
- You will receive regular updates on the progress of your matter.

Either party may end a service engagement by providing reasonable written notice. In the event of termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to withdraw access to the website, or decline to provide services, where there is a breach of these Terms or for professional reasons.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us.

- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our obligations where appropriate.
